Jack is a fully certified level 3 personal trainer and is currently in his final year at marjon University in Plymouth studying for a Bsc in strength and conditioning.
Jack specialises in olympic lifting and is also a fully certified british weightlifting level 1 coach.

Before setting up LIFT fitness, Hadyn spent 3 years coaching and training at Crossfit Yeovil. hadyn still competes in various individual and team fitness competitions around the UK.
STU PAYNE - COACH
STU joins us with several years of experience working in gyms as an instructor and personal trainer and is a great addition to our coaching staff..
currently a full time personal trainer operating in crewkerne and chard with a wealth of certifications to his name including kettlebells, indoor cycling, circuit training and nutrition for sport and exercise,

Whilst graduating in sport management in 2002, Hadyn completed his british amateur weightlifting leaders award to allow him to coach weightlifting in a gym environment.
THROUGHOUT THE YEARS HADYN HAS DEVELOPED HIS SKILLS AND IS NOW A LEVEL 3 PERSONAL TRAINER SPECIALISING IN STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING AND A CERTIFIED BRITISH WEIGHTLIFTING LEVEL 2 COACH.
