WHAT WILL THE Personal training sessions involve?

A personal training (PT) session will be tailored specifically to your needs and will be discussed in a free 30 minute consultation prior to you partaking in any exercise at lift fitness.

Hadyn will guide you through every step of the way and help set goals to achieve your fitness ambition, whether it's muscle building, toning, fat shredding or just wishing to learn some olympic lifting, hadyn has you covered.    


HOw long will a session last?

A session will last approximately 1 hour and includes warm up and cool down exercises. 


I work obscure hours, can you still cater for me?

providing you can be available for 1 hour between 6am - 9pm mon-fri then we should be ok (depending on current availability). For weekend availability get in contact at coach@lift-fitness.co.uk.
