CLASS INFORMATION


LIFT - This is our FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS INCORPORATING POWER LIFTING and OLYMPIC LIFTING TECHNIQUES along with gymnastic and body weight movements. a must try class that produces amazing results.

This is a members only class and is suited to all abilities.


Open Gym - Come and train on your own or with a friend. This is a non-coached class for the experienced gym goer who just wants to drop in and get their work done.

We do allow experienced Non-member drop-ins to open gym. Please contact us via our contact page to book your session.


Barbell Club - Suited to anyone wishing to learn or improve their olympic weightlifting. This class is purely dedicated to the Olympic Clean & Jerk and the Olympic Snatch. 4-block sessions for £40.00 is money well spent.
